Examples of non-personally identifiable information include your IP address, the type of browser software you use when visiting the Site, the date and time you visit our site, and what pages you viewed when visiting the Site.
- Personally identifiable information is information that can be used to uniquely identify you. Examples of personally identifiable information include your name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
Collection and Use of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
You can visit the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information to us. During your visit, we may collect certain non-personally identifiable information. For example, we may track the number of visitors to the Site by logging Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. We may keep track of what pages are visited on the Site so we can monitor the usage of the Site. Also, we may pay attention to what visitors use in order to assess the effectiveness of the Site and modify our design appropriately. Non-personally identifiable information may be used individually or aggregated with other non-personally identifiable information. We may use non-personally identifiable information for our own benefit, and we may share it with other companies.
Personally Identifiable Information
We may process or store your personally identifiable information in our databases located in the United States or any other country in which we do business. We may disclose personally identifiable information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the Terms and Conditions of the Site or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property or anyone else that is being harmed by such activities. We also may disclose personally identifiable information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, and for other governmental, administrative, regulatory or law enforcement purposes.
How Do I Change or Remove My Information?
If you do not wish to receive cookies, or want to be notified when they are placed, your browser may permit you to do so. In many browsers, you can change the settings to warn you before accepting cookies or to block cookies. If you block cookies, in the event we use them, you may not be able to use certain Site features or functions, or the Site may not operate in an optimal mode.
Privacy Protections for Children
Protecting the privacy of children is especially important. Our Site is not designed to attract or interact with children 13 years and under. We do not collect information from those we actually know are under 13.
Protecting your information is important to us. We use industry standard technology to protect the security of your information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. As a result, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.
The Site may link to other websites not controlled by MTS. Although we try to be careful in the selection of our partners and business relationships, we are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any other websites, and you acknowledge and agree that any use of such other websites is entirely at your own risk. You should carefully review the privacy and security practices of the other websites before you provide such websites with any of your personally identifiable information.
